Yes. CupCrew's live preview tool wraps your uploaded photo around the tumbler on screen in real time, so you see exactly how it looks before you order — no proof approval, no guessing.

How is the photo printed on the tumbler?

Your photo is UV-printed directly onto the 20oz stainless steel tumbler in a full wrap. This is not sublimation — the print is vivid, durable, and covers the whole cup.

Is the CupCrew tumbler dishwasher safe?

Yes — the CupCrew tumbler is 100% dishwasher safe, top or bottom rack. The print will not peel, fade, or lose its finish. It has been tested in daily use for over 3 years.

Where does CupCrew ship?

CupCrew ships across Canada, the United States, and worldwide. Shipping is free.

Can I order a custom tumbler from Costa Rica?

Yes. Costa Rica has no regular home mail delivery, so orders are sent to a Miami forwarding address (casillero) using a service such as MundoExpress, Aeropost, JetBox, or Box Correos, who then deliver locally within Costa Rica. Enter your Miami forwarding address at checkout. CupCrew covers shipping to Miami; the forwarder charges separately for local delivery, per-kg fees, and duties.

How do returns and refunds work for custom tumblers?

Each CupCrew tumbler is made to order with your photo. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@cupcrew.ca and we will make it right. See the Returns & Refunds policy for full details on custom orders.
