🥤 What are CupCrew tumblers made of?

Our tumblers are made from high-quality stainless steel with a durable, fade-resistant finish. They’re double-walled and vacuum insulated to keep drinks hot or cold for hours.

🧼 Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?

Yes! Unlike many custom tumblers, CupCrew tumblers are 100% dishwasher safe. They will not peel, fade, or lose their finish — even with daily dishwasher use.

✏️ Can I customize my tumbler?

Absolutely. You can:

  • Choose from our stock designs
  • Add personalization (DIY)
  • DIY - Design Your Own by adding an image and text to your Tumbler

🔠 What if I make a mistake in my personalization (like spelling)?

Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order. Since each tumbler is made to order, we cannot refund or replace items for customer errors.

📦 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

For Costa Rica customers, all orders must be delivered through Miami using a forwarder (MundoExpress, Aeropost, JetBox, Box Correos, etc.). See our Costa Rica Shipping FAQ for full details.

💳 Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered if there is a manufacturer defect or if you receive the wrong item. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

🧊 How long will my drinks stay hot or cold?

  • Hot drinks: up to 6–8 hours
  • Cold drinks: up to 12–24 hours depending on ice use

☕ Are the lids leak-proof?

No. The lids are splash-resistant, not airtight.

  • For hot drinks, always leave the vent open when pouring to release steam.
  • Do not shake or tip the tumbler when filled with hot liquids.

🎨 Will the designs fade over time?

No — we use high-quality printing methods to ensure your tumbler’s design stays vibrant. Even with daily use and dishwasher cleaning, the finish will not peel or fade.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

  • USA: usually 5-8 business days
  • Canada: usually 7–14 business days
  • Costa Rica: depends on your forwarder (typically 7-10 days from Miami)
