Can I see my design before I buy?

Yes. Our live preview tool wraps your uploaded photo around the tumbler on screen in real time, so you see exactly how it looks before you order — no proof approval, no guessing.

How is the photo printed on the tumbler?

Your photo is UV-printed directly onto the 20oz stainless steel tumbler in a full wrap. This is not sublimation — the print is vivid, durable, and covers the whole cup.

Is the tumbler dishwasher safe?

Yes — 100% dishwasher safe, top or bottom rack. The print won't peel, fade, or lose its finish. We've tested ours in daily use for over 3 years.

Where does CupCrew ship?

We ship across the United States, Canada and worldwide. Shipping is ALWAYS free.

Can I order from Costa Rica?

Yes. Costa Rica has no regular home mail delivery, so orders are sent to YOUR Miami forwarding address (casillero) with a service like MundoExpress, Aeropost, JetBox, or Box Correos, who then deliver locally. Enter your Miami address at checkout. See our Costa Rica Shipping FAQ for full details.
