At CupCrew, fulfillment depends on the product you order and the destination it is being shipped to. Please read the details below before placing your order.
Fulfillment by Product Type
DIY Custom 20oz Photo Tumbler
United States orders:
Printed in the USA and shipped from the USA.
Canada + International orders:
Printed, fulfilled, and shipped outside of the USA.
This destination-based fulfillment structure is intentional and helps ensure the correct production route for your region.
40oz Collection
Our 40oz tumblers are fulfilled for international shipping. If you are ordering from the US, please allow 10-25 Business Days to receive your order. Delivery availability may vary by destination, and some remote regions may require additional shipping time.
Processing Time
All CupCrew tumblers are made to order. Please allow time for production before shipment.
Typical processing time: 2–7 business days before your order ships.
During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States
For eligible USA-only products, orders are printed and shipped from within the USA.
Estimated delivery after shipment: approximately 3–7 business days
Canada
Canadian orders for eligible products are fulfilled outside of the USA.
Estimated delivery after shipment: approximately 7–15 business days
International
International delivery times vary by country and carrier.
Estimated delivery after shipment: approximately 10–25 business days
Please note that customs processing, local carrier delays, weather events, and remote delivery areas can extend delivery times.

Costa Rica Orders
At this time, CupCrew Shopify orders to Costa Rica must be shipped to a Miami forwarding address (casillero) first.
How it works:

Enter your Miami forwarding address at checkout.

CupCrew ships your order to Miami.
-
Your forwarding company sends it on to Costa Rica.
-
You pay your forwarding company separately for local delivery, kg fees, duties, and any import charges.
CupCrew covers shipping only to the address entered at checkout. Any forwarding fees, customs charges, duties, or local delivery costs in Costa Rica are the customer’s responsibility.
Remote Locations
Some remote or rural destinations may:

have fewer carrier options
-
require longer transit times
-
incur additional shipping charges
If your location is considered remote by the carrier, delivery may take longer than the estimates above.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow a short period for tracking to update after the label is created.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
CupCrew is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges caused by:

Split Fulfillment / Destination Rules
Because some products are produced in different locations depending on destination, shipping availability and delivery times may vary by product and region.
If a product page includes specific fulfillment wording, that product-page information takes precedence.
